Can I extend the session on the day of?
Of course you can. Usually only one shoot will be scheduled per day, allowing sufficient time. If you need to extend the shooting time, please request it from the photographer, and refer to the Add-On for the applicable charges.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No. We grants client permission to print or make copies of the images under the conditions that the images taken by our photographer are for personal use by the client and their friends and relatives.
How long in advance should I book?
For pre-wedding, we strongly recommend clients to book at least 4 months before the wedding.
For other portrait services, a month in advance is recommend to ensure sufficient preparation time.
What happens if the weather is unfavourable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
Due to bad weather, you can reschedule free of charge. The customer is responsible for any fees incurred for rescheduling staff airfare and accommodation.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos.
For Wedding, our editing process typically takes 8-12 weeks.
For Pre-Wedding or any portrait services, except wedding: Basic editing of the photos can take up to 6 - 8 weeks. Image fine retouching can take up to 4 - 6 weeks after photos selected by client.
It is depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Reschedule or Cancellation
Reschedule:
If the weather is not good on the shooting date, such as heavy rain, thunderstorm, you can reschedule free of charge. The customer is responsible for any fees incurred for rescheduling staff airfare and accommodation.
For other reasons, written notification is need for reschedule or cancellation. If notify more than 10 days before the date of the appointment is due to take place then you can reschedule once for free to another date within 90 days.
If notify within 10 days of the due appointment date then a reschedule fee will be charged in accordance with the list below (% of total cost)
1-4 days = 50%, 5-10 days = 25%, 10+ days = 0%
Cancellation:
Deposit will NOT be refunded.
Travel and Expenses
Except for full-day pre-wedding photography and wedding day packages, which include staff transportation costs, additional transportation fees will be charged if the shooting location exceeds the distance covered by the selected package. The charges are as follows:
By Public Transport(Applicable to destinations with direct train/flight service from Newcastle)
• The round-trip train/flight fare
• Uber or taxi fare from the train station/airport to the destination
• If the shooting schedule cannot accommodate the earliest or latest train/flight, additional night(s) of accommodation will be required.
By My Own Transport
• Mileage fee for use of my own transport at £1 per mile.
• If the round trip exceeds 6 hours, an additional overnight accommodation fee will be required.
• Other expenses incurred due to transportation.
